The 44mm brushed steel case houses Panerai's in-house hand-wound P.6000 caliber, giving this Luminor its signature three-day power reserve. The deep blue sunburst dial — "Blu Mare" means "blue sea" in Italian — shifts from a near-black edge to a brighter sunlit blue at its center, with painted luminous Arabic numerals and the small seconds sub-dial at 9 o'clock giving it a vintage-instrument feel true to Panerai's Italian naval roots. This example comes complete with its original box, papers, the manufacturer's rubber strap and buckle tool, plus an added alligator leather strap for a dressier option on the wrist.
